Low price knife that works
The first model I bought of this knife Brand was a Tracker with Micarta handle. The knife was well made and had some problems with the blade grind and very dull edge. It took some time for me to fix the issues it had. I bought three other models and all came sharp and with few to no issues or defects. I cleaned the knives thoroughly and checked them closely for issues. One knife out of four is not a bad record for the cost of a knife in this price range. I was looking to see if I like the design style of the knife and cannot say anything about the blade hardness. However, the knives all are as sharp and I have not used then enough to see how long they will stay that way. The knife sheaths are not top quality however, they work. A top quality one would cost more to buy the leather and materials than the cost of two of these knives.

Better than you wanna give it credit for
Tracker Knife Review – $14.99 RisingCrafts 8.5” (8Cr14MoV) Specs: • Blade Steel: 8Cr14MoV High Carbon • Blade Length: 4.25” • Grind: Saber • Sawback: Non-functional • Sheath: Secure • Price: $14.99 Review: The RC Tracker is the smallest in my collection but stands out as one of the most formidable. Its ergonomic handle and compact 3mm thick, 4.25-inch long blade provide a surprisingly agile and confident in-hand feel. It excels in wood processing, game prep, feather sticks, and even finer tasks like spoon making. While the non-functional sawback is a letdown, the blade throws sparks well, sharpens easily, and holds its edge better than expected for the price. Its size may feel underwhelming for some tasks, but it more than holds its own around the house or at camp. If the sawback was function it’d be an easy 5/5 Pros: Affordable, great ergonomics, excellent edge retention, beautiful handle Cons: Non-functional sawback, small for some users

Five stars considering the price
Looks good. The nose geometry is a little funny because it's so stubby, but it's a nice size. The sheath is some sort or heavy duty pleather. It's not that junk vinyl you're uses to seeing, but it is artificial. The knife arrived serviceably sharp. I honed it enough to shave with within a few minutes. I don't know what kind of steel this is and I haven't spark tested it, but from just observations it feels like a high carbon steel, whether it's 1095 is up for debate. It's not heat treated or hard enough for a file to skate over it smoothly, but a file sure doesn't dig in. It's kinda right there with the hardness of the file, or just shy of as hard as a file. This isn't bad, it just means you want to pair this with a diamond sharpening rod or stone in case it needs touched up during your adventuring. NBD. Those ultra hard magic steels are often too hard to sharpen in the field and they've expensive. I originally bought this to knock apart and make a template from so I could make my own, but it's too good a knife for that. I paid $14 and it'd be a bargain at twice the price.

Good Pakistani knife for the price.
Good value for the knife....not so much for the sheath...I made my own custom out of leather. This is roughly sharpened and can hold an edge with a little work. Behaves like D2 steel which is my favorite metal for a working knife that is hard to sharpen but retains an edge. Keep oiled between use as this steel can develop stain.

Budget Tracker Knife - Surprisingly Solid
I recently acquired this tracker knife (on a bugdet), and I must say it exceeded my expectations. The build quality is surprisingly solid for the price point, and it holds an edge well. The handle provides a comfortable grip, though it could be more ergonomic. If you're on a budget and need a reliable tracker knife, this one is worth considering for its overall performance.

Very nice
For the price I payed ($11), and with like 1 review I thot Maybe this was gona b a scam in some way, but man was I wrong. It's very nice. I've always liked the tracker style knives but the real ones are over $200 and even the knock offs wer always around like $40-$60. This one is very nice. Full tang, sharp put of box, a nice heavy duty leather sheath that allows for either vertical or horizontal carrying. Looks just like the pictures. I do like that it's shorter than the real ones, as I like to travel light when hunting so the size of this o e is perfect, but still big enuff for defense if need be. Very good knife.

Not worth the money
I wanted to like this knife. I was intending to try out the "trapper" pattern, but I ended up with a project on my hands. The sheath is poor, the fit and finish is rough, the sharpened edge needed work to be up to a standard quality you might find in an outdoor store. All in all I guess you get what you pay for. It is cheap, and it shows.
