Not amazon slop, didn't break when it probably should have.
Surprisingly held up really well in training and active duty usage. No fraying or breaking, I was surprised until I realized this is literally a Haley Strategic Molle Placard down to the last atom except branding, like side by side there was not a tangible difference besides maybe the clips were a little more dense on the Haley but again, maybe. That's if I had to make something up, they are the same.
