Perfect for taking powdered supplements.
I know they're meant to be used with food but they're perfect for taking powdered supplements especially if you can't handle the taste of plain powder, can't handle taking multiple capsule supplements at once or your body doesn't absorb the supplement as well that way, and don't want to spend a lot of money, time, and effort using other methods. There's a lot of them, they have no taste, they're fairly big so you get a lot of uses out of a single sheet (for me I get about 8 to 10 depending which equals 240 to 300 doses in total), they're easy to use (I cut each sheet to the size I want using scissors, have a little bowl of room temperature water, a plate, put each cut piece into the bowl of water for around 6 seconds, lay the sheet onto the plate, wait half a minute or so for it to become softer, use a small scooper placing the amount of supplement I want onto it, wrap it shut, and then swallow it with water or other choice of drink), it seals the supplement really well no leakage whatsoever so no unpleasant taste, really sturdy, easy and quick process takes me at most 5 minutes to make multiple (you could save even more time by pre making them- if you do this though make sure you put them in a sealed container and don't leave them out so it keeps it's moisture or else they'll become hard but if they do become hard all you have to do is dunk them in water for 6 seconds, wait half a minute or so, and they'll soften back up also keep in mind that since these are made of natural products they can't be stored forever once wet/made even more so if your supplement is natural i'd cap it off at a couple of days tops), they come in a good storage case, and it goes down easily plus you get a lot of sheets for really cheap. Just make sure you don't fill them up too much or else it might be difficult to swallow or burst.I heard of other people using this method and i'm really glad I gave it a try will for sure be my go to now!

great rice paper wrappers - you get a lot too!
i buy this to make homemade bugak and i think they are perfect. i have never used it for anything else but i think it would hold up well for spring rolls, etc. normally you have to go through this entire process to prep the "rice paper" part of bugak but i have found my lazy method works just as well too with these papers. instead of soaking them, drying everything, etc., i use a food grade sprayer (like the one used for olive oil) and fill it with water and spray one sheet on the dull side only, lay it on top of the dull side of a nori sheet and gently press to adhere it and then cut it into 4 sections. this rice paper holds up well and doesn't break apart when i cut it. it does curl a little on the edges but that would happen anyway once it gets moist. i just stick the flat side of a large empty plastic container (the same size as these wrappers) on top to keep it flat while i prep the rest of my rice paper/nori before i fry them in sesame seed oil. the rice paper fries almost instantly and turns out so light as air crispy. the first time i bought these, some of the edges were cracked but i think that was due to shipping. i have bought this 2 more times since then and they both arrived perfect. if i had one suggestion, i wish they would not tape the entire edge of the container because it's a pain in the neck to have to use scissors all of the way around. i wish they would use that plastic seal thingy like what is used on bottles where once you rip open the perforated part, the entire plastic seal comes off instantly. but other than that, i think these wrappers are great. for bugak, they give the loudest most satisfying crunchy crispy sound but it is so light as air to eat. it's also kind of fun watching how instantly they fluff up when you deep fry them.

These work well--better than I do!
As advertised. Now, if I could just figure out how to wrap the good stuff inside of them after they are moistened without trapping one of my fingers! Always something to learn! Taste like they should and have the correct feel--just like in the restaurant.

Soeos Rice Paper, White Rice Paper Wrappers are Slimy! They made me gag!!!
So gross! These are the thinnest, slimiest, most difficult rice paper wrappers that I've ever used to make spring rolls and summer rolls with. They stick to the plate, tear when rolling/wrapping and then, stick to each other. When I sat down to eat the summer rolls - that I'd made with the Soeos Rice Paper, White Rice Paper Wrappers - I literally began gagging and had to spit them out. (The filling ingredients were good. It was the rice paper wrappers that were disgusting.) I'm trying to not gag now while thinking about the texture of the product as I write this review.
