This box is huge & durable. I'm adding hinges so the lid will flip up. Making it easier for the drivers and keep the wind from taking the lid. I dropped a block in the bottom as well to keep it from moving. Perfect to sit on the porch or by the mailbox for large pkgs. I got it to make life easier for my amazing delivery ppl. They do enough running & jumping through hoops for entitled needy ppl. It's going by the road so they can drop it and go.

Large weather proof container is perfect for package delivery. Keeps things dry and prevents packages from blowing away when windy. Since it is light weight, the manufacturer suggests that the box be weighted down to keep it in place. . I put a brick in the bottom of it and that worked well but also thinking of using a wrap around bungy cord since the box is located on my porch and in an area that is subjected to high winds. Therefore, I made sure to weigh it down. Yes the cover design is very secure and the cover remains in place despite the winds.

This is the second time I've purchased this delivery box because I wanted one at each of my doors.. Even my postman loves it. It's big enough to hold the large boxes and doesn’t look tacky. It's protected my packages from all types of wind and weather, the quality is good and the price is very reasonable.

I bought to put packages in when delivered. I don't have a dry place for packages when delivered. Just wish was taller. I hope lid stays secured as I live out in small town, country actually it is very windy. Will see how goes. It is sturdy and didn't have to put anything together except the air plug and should be good with the rain.

It has plenty of room. It's cute. I just don't like that The deliveries part is black and can't be seen. But I painted it with some yellow nail polish. I also don't have to hole in the bottom because it does let in a little bit of water. But it mostly keeps my packages dry if it's raining.

Like many other people, I mounted hinges on the side of the box, weight (red bricks) in the bottom, a Deliveries sign on the side, and white paint to the "DELIVERIES" lettering. (I don't know why the supplier doesn't provide a pre-hinged model.)The wind can be strong in my area. The lid has never blown open/off by the wind and the box is unmoved.

Just as advertised! Sturdy enough, decent sized and gets the job done.Peeking at some other reviews and I’ll be following suit by putting a handle and hinges on the lid.

Love this package box to hide my packages while I’m at work. I put a brick in the bottom to weight it down some for windy days.
