The media could not be loaded.  Very sturdy, well balanced. Lunges and walks definitely doable and comfortable.The handles are a good width for me. I'm 5'10" for perspective. The knurling on the grips is a good depth.In spite of loving it, 4 stars as the sleeve cover welds could really use some cleanup. Great value and would definitely recommend.

Best trap bar I ever used

Great product, feels solid like a rock.Much easier on my back for deadlift and shrugs than the straight bar. Also, 3 grip thickness options are great to train the grip and forearms. Didn't have to use the straps as I had with the same weight on straight bar.It's made for both standard (1") and Olympic weights. The length of the sleeve is 9.5" for standard plates, looks like an inch or so more for the Olympic ones.The assembly is pretty straightforward, all tools are included. It was packed very well, which is important for such a heavy box.Area for improvement: it would be nice to have the weight of the bar itself and the maximum load it can support in the manual. Not a big deal though.I would give it 5 stars, but am not too happy with the invoice. Had to pay brokerage fee to UPS. Why? I thought deliver was free. Especially, considering the fact that there was no duty. Also, the declared value was over $100 higher than the price I paid, so I also overpaid on GST.
