This bar is comfortable and really saved my shoulders. For the money it's the perfect addition to any gym. She is strong, doesn't complain and is always ready for me. What Can I say. More please......

I like to add in neutral grip presses. This multi-grip bar adds a whole new dimension to bench press with the neutral grip. Highly recommend adding this bar to your collection.

Best Bar ever. I have bad shoulders and this allows me to resume my Bench (S, I, D), Overhead Press, Curls, etc. Really like it. Nothing but positive accolades...Highly recommend.

Unlike most, I didn't buy this bar for pressing movements. Rather, I was in the market for a rackable curl bar--and more specifically, a rackable super curl bar. If you're not familiar with a super curl bar, in addition to the typical EZ curl bicep bend there's also a center "U" that allows you to do lying triceps extensions (skull crushers). In other words it's a dedicated EZ curl bar and triceps bar in one. Unfortunately nobody seems to make one that is rackable. However, I noticed that this bar actually looked like it had the grips in the right places and in the right angles such that it might just be what I was looking for all along. I took a bit of a chance, but as you can see from my photos, the angles and spacing line up near perfectly to my super curl bar! It seems very well made from initial impressions (I haven't put it through its paces yet). I also uploaded a photo showing how the angled grips are actually much more extreme than my Rogue MG-2 Multi Grip Bar--much closer to a true EZ curl angle. I hope this helps someone else who might be wondering the same thing that I was!

Great for shoulders. Like I bought it. Would by rogue bar next time. Paint chips off on first day.
