I received this yesterday and so far, have used it twice, and it worked perfectly. It is light weight, quiet, and works very fast. There is no pulp in the juice. I have juiced oranges, apples, grapefruit, carrots, celery, and a little ginger root, makes a delicious and healthy drink. It's very easy to assemble, disassemble and cleaning is a breeze. I highly recommend and would purchase again.

I love this juicer as it’s light weight, quiet and yet so powerful it also saves you money not having to buy filters like my old juicer. The colors that they offer is amazing as it should match any color scheme that you desire. I bought the tea green and it’s absolutely BEAUTIFUL. Thank you for making such an amazing product.

Edit: I’m downgrading my review and now returning this product after thinking about it more. The juices I yielded from this juicer have had to go through a strainer to get the pulp out and I was shocked to see how much pulp there is. I think any juicer will let through a bit of pulp at times depending what you’re juicing, but my carrot/apple/ginger juice is so chunky I had to chew it. After thinking about just how much produce I used for these juices, how little juice it yielded me and how expensive food is these days, this product just isn’t going to work for me.I’ve been using centrifugal juicers for years and wanted to try a masticating one after my juicer broke last week. I love that masticating juicers are supposed to yield higher quality juice. I read many reviews before purchasing this one and have now used it this morning to make a batch of juices and here is my honest review:Pros:-higher quality juice due to the way juice is extracted-the juicer is lightweight and the green colour is cute-I love that the pulp comes out in little pellets instead of the mess my last centrifugal juicer left behind-assembly was pretty easy once I gave the instructions a thorough read-it is MUCH quieter than my previous juicers-the end result juice was delicious and pulp freeCons-I find it strange that people are saying this is a high quality product as it is almost entirely lightweight plastic. The whole unit is a bit wobbly because it is light-the manual’s English translation isn't great-you must have patience to use this juicer. You can only put in one very small food bit at a time and wait for it to go through or it will jam-the mouth to drop the food into is TINY. You have to cut everything very very small to fit it in-clean up is a bit of a racket. Including the cups and brush, there are 9 components that have to be washed after every use-this is not an ideal juicer to use to batch juices. I aimed to batch 6 juices to drink over the next couple of days, and I was at the juicer for 20 mins. It does not yield a lot of juice. I ended up with 4 small juices from half a bag of spinach, and entire large bag of carrots, half a celery stalk and countless small apples from my dwarf apple tree. Centrifugal juicers yield WAY more juice, I’m not sure why.Overall, the product is fine for the price, I will continue to use it and hope it holds up.

I've been struggling with multiple GI diseases to the point where I use a feeding tube (GJ) because most of my GI tract suffers severe dysmotility and I have poor absorption. I could only take in really bland, low nutrient foods as my solid meal each day and only had Boost to rely on for nutrients (I also have gastroparesis and Crohn's, so food options and the volume has been an issue).Finally someone on a subreddit I follow suggested a masticating juicer to get in extra nutrients without the fiber and any other difficult to digest items. I was extremely skeptical, thinking I'd just end up sick, but instead after a few days of consistently using it (I planned to use it straight for at least a few weeks to see if it worked for me or return it, and at this point I don't see myself parting with it).As others mentioned, the juice is extremely vivid and you can really see the difference in how it extracts nutrients (I did pomegranate shots today for myself and my mom and showed her the leftovers which was pure white seeds - I leave the pulp/fibrous stuff for my mom to use in her cereals or yogurts which she has also really enjoyed! Not only is my trying to be healthier helping myself, but she's also getting the benefits). On my third day of juicing was when I noticed I had more energy (I'm skeptical of whether it's a placebo - which if it is and I have more energy for it then great! - placebo effects aren't always a bad thing if it helps the individual), but even my mom found I was more energetic and appeared healthier (she was even more skeptical of this and thought I was wasting my money, but now she's all about me keeping to it).This also isn't hard to clean at all! I suffer from dysautonomia (I'm a walking disability lol), so I can't stans for long, so I will take my items and sit while I chop them up, and the time for it to juice the items and me to disassemble and put into warm water with soap to soak (I come back and just quickly wipe down and rinse after) is short enough that I don't even need go sit down in-between (5 mins max if not shorter).There are soooo many options too - I've looked for best veggies (this works GREAT on leafy greens) and even herbs (like mint for digestion), and then use fruit or citrus to help with the taste (berry mint shots and spinach/mango shots have been the best so far, going to try 50/50 carrot/pineapple tomorrow since that's apparently supposed to taste like orange juice).If you can eat fiber, etc. then I would definitely not use this as a replacement option for getting in your vegetables and fruit, but as a way to get in extra servings it's excellent and a fantastic nutritious shot that doesn't take up too much room in your stomach. I would definitely buy again/recommend!!
