I buy this product because it is gluten free. The fact that this is ONE of the very few if not the ONLY mustard that is made with ACV is why I can have it. It is gluten free/grain free. The very ingredients keep me coming back! The texture and taste is JUST like regular mustard. I cannot tell any difference and when I use it in dishes, noone is the wiser! The grand kids will grab it and use it (because its a yellow bottle and mustard comes in a yellow bottle!) not knowing any difference in taste or texture.
