It isn't as effective as the original.

The brushes did not fit right and came off when I tried to brush my teeth with them.

Classic lasted me for years. It was sold under lifetime warranty which they stopped honoring. It was sold to me by my dentist.The contour was terrible. Stopped charging and they won’t replace it. The brushes are non abrasive to my gums but I wasted hundreds of dollars. Also tips don’t stay on while brushing. Had the same issue with previous version. I think it went through change of ownership and they are milking past loyal customers dry. Should give them negative stars. By far the worst purchase on Amazon
