Been Wanting One For Some Time
When I moved in to my current place of residence, the only way to control the garage door was with the remote or the single-button control pad in the garage. I have wanted an outdoor keypad for some time and am happy I got this. I hate having to bring my garage door remote with me when I go on trips because I come home through the garage rather than in the front door because the pets are too excited and run out and away.This came with the hardware needed to install it (minus the tools needed) and was easy to program and install. It looks nice on the side of my garage door outside.

Instructions... follow the instructions
This is the first time I've had to install a garage door keypad. It's easy to mount, came with batteries, and my technological skills for programming garage doors personally lack. However, this worked. I have a Genie garage door opener. Instructions were ok and I ran through the process of trying to program this several times but I honestly believe that was user error on my behalf, this device had nothing to do with my faults. This is built well and appears as though it should last, the buttons feel of quality. It handles multiple frequencies, and an auto learning feature. Had an initial problem with a sensor that I believe is going out and after I spent time troubleshooting the problem had this up and running. The color is black and I presume goes with any color garage so that's a good thing. The keypad illuminates for ease of nighttime use and is consistently working well. After the rainstorm I had here last night it still works fine so it's undoubtedly weather resistant lol... Allows you to program a temporary code into it for friends who always seem to need to borrow my lawnmower or possibly a delivery. Relax if you buy this, it's going to work, and last.

Does not work with newer lifmaster openers. DO NOT BUY
It does not pair with my opener. Descriptions suggest it will. It does not work.

Great for 318Mhz models among others
Not all garage door keypads support 318Mhz model openers, but this one does! My openers are Linear brand. This control was easy to set up and supports up to three doors. I was able to program my two doors in about 10 minutes. Happy here!

Batteries arrived inoperable. Controller programed successfully after replacement.
