Yes. The driver is made up of two components. The ratcheting ball grip and the #2 Phillips x 100mm removable shank ( more sizes can be purchased separately ).

Q: Can I order the Phillips #1 and #3 heads for this?

Thank you for your question. There is no #1 driver compatible with this ratchet driver. #3 is on sale, but it is not what I have. I'm sorry I can not help you.

I sell only one size. What size driver do you need? If you can wait for a month of shipping, I will send it.

Q: Do these have insulated handle for electrical use

It is not tested to insure the insulation as VDE certified product does. but it is basically covered by the plastic material which is non-conductive on the whole screwdriver exposed surface except tip. We do not guarantee the insulation level of 1,000V as VDE certified product does. So the answer is it is not insulated but non-conductive. Hope this answer your question.
