Not really an expert on wax but I've used it once and my curls were quite neat.. served the purpose

misleading add says there is only a couple of things in it
Petrolatum, beeswax (cera alba), fragrance (parfum) linalool, isoeugenol, hydroxycitronellal, geranoil, cinnamyl alcohol, limonene, benzyl cinnamate, benzyl benzoate, benzyl alcohol, amyl cinnamalthats what it says under the added label havnt done any research as yet to what each thing is and doesedit so i made a better natural product myself mix fractionated coconut oil and coco butter 50/50 then mix 5 parts oil and butter to 1 part whole bees wax the proper hard stuff and i added a little essential oil works so much better
