Beautiful quality wok
This wok completes my kitchen & cooking. You can cook almost anything in it, nice carbon stell, well balanced & so glad to cook more healthy foods with it. The cover is glass so you can see what's going on, although you might not use it often it's nice to have. Good purchase.

Good-sized Carbon-Steel Wok, Easy to Put Together/Season & Start Using on Your Farm Veggies
This is a good-looking carbon-steel wok. It says it is pre-seasoned. It comes with a wooden handle (hook loop for hanging) that you install using a long screw; a clear lid with a steam hole, a lid knob you install, and even a metal spatula/scraper. It measures almost 13” x 4” and has a flat bottom. Weighs 3.6 lb., not too heavy, and a nice size for my needs. I’m cooking with gas, but in future planning for conduction. I want pans that will continue to work. You screw the handle on and everything attaches easily. Since the handle is wood, it’s nice to be able to remove it to season the metal wok base in an oven if you like.I used to have a wok many years ago, but it was nonstick and I was not keen on that. I ended up giving it to my son. I have wanted one you keep seasoned for it to be non-stick. I don’t mind keeping it refreshed. (I also won’t share my pan.)The one thing that was problematic for me were the instructions for seasoning that involve pig lard. In general, I have not been using pork anymore and very little beef, I didn’t want to season this wok with any animal fats. So it would be nice to have instructions and recommendations for seasoning it with an oil. I used instructions from a chef friend. So far so good. My farm co-op box came in, so I’ve been making stirf ry tatsoi, bok choy and other mixed vegetables. I haven’t really used the lid yet. I like that it has a steam hole. Also, it came with a nice little cloth bag to put everything in which really helps me as I have trouble carrying things around.Definitely a nice pan and I’m happily making piles of veggies each day, you just leave it on the stove and use it!

Nice smaller sized wok
I grew up using a much larger wok but we'd have to use the burner from a turkey frying kit to use it, so this one is a lot more convenient to use on a home stove. The directions weren't super clear as they seem to be heavily translated, so I have just been treating this wok like seasoning a cast iron pan. Let it got hot, apply some high smoke point oil and let it smoke off. And then applying a layer of oil after cleaning. So far that has been working great to keep it non-stick. Also this pan requires a very minimal amount of assembly as you have to screw the handle to the pan and the handle on the lid - all very easy to do and at the most you may need a screw driver for the lid.Despite it not being the biggest wok, I've been able to cook up a pretty decent sized stir fry in it. The included spatula is really great for moving food around to the walls so you can clear up the hot flat bottom for new ingredients. I will say the stamped metal edges of the spatula haven't really been smooth down so they can be a bit sharp if you aren't careful.Overall I'm glad that I picked this up as a wok is so much nicer for cooking stir fries compared to your typical frying pan. It heats up nice and quickly thanks to the thin steel and the walls give you a lot of room to quickly move ingredients around without making a mess and clearing up the cooking surface for new ingredients.

great wok!
We love this pot. Its fairly large and would be great for a family or just a couple. I've used it so far to make stir fry, pan fry some onions and veggies, etc. It heats evenly, the lid fits well and has a clear section so you can see how the cooking is coming along. Great product.

I love a good wok
We had a great wok many years ago, my caretaker At the time that we had was too shy or more then likely far too arrogant to seek help for something she wasn't sure about. She didnt and didnt know how to deal with a wok and soooooo instead of it being seasoned well and still being used today she ruined it WWell it's something that me and my fiancee have missed and have wanted to replace once we actually found one with the quality that we were looking for.We love doing healthy stir frieswe love doing all kinds of different dishes with the wokI saw this one it has a fantastic lid using it at the time.. winks and smiles]]It's lightweight ; so even I can use ityet it's very high qualityI think it's carbon steel and you can't ask for a better wokthis one is fantastic and it even comes with a matching, utensil to stir

Decent Quality Wok
I’ve been using this for a few weeks now and so far it has held up pretty well. The assembly was decently easy though I do wish it had instructions since it wasn’t immediately clear how to attach the handle on the lid as the screw wasn’t quite long enough to screw in through the metal in what I’d consider a comfortable manner. It looks pretty nice and I haven’t had any problems with uneven heating when I’ve been using it for Udon and stir fries. It’s pretty easy to clean and I like that it isn’t non-stick. The spatula that comes with it is metal but seems pretty low quality. I suspect that it’s going to be in the trash within a couple of months. In comparison to other Woks on Amazon it’s not badly priced. I wish it was bigger as our previous Wok was a few inches bigger than this one, so it limits the cooking we can do with it. Even then, it’s still a pretty decent size and you can cook a lot in it.
