Came with everything needed to install . Works perfect on a 3126 cat . Very happy

DO NOT BUY
This turbo sucks. Paid my mechanic to install on my school bus. Turbo started making bearing material noises on first test drive. Bus didn’t make it 30 miles and it sent oil all through my intercooler and exhaust. I took a chance on this turbo because it had good reviews. Maybe I just got a bad one. But it’s alot of labor $ just to only make it 30 miles!!!
