It's easy to swallow but a little bit sour taste. I take multi vitamin and i want to add this product for extra vitamin C. It will help my immune systems.

First of all, I like how it is easy to swallow. And I feel difference within a week. My nails are very weak so I had to cut them short since they are easily cracked. After taking Biotin, I see much improvement on my nails! It really works!! Its been just 2 weeks so I am not too sure about hair growth but it kind of help me from hair loss too. I am excited to see improvement going forward!!!

This pill is small enough to swallow. I usually can’t swallow pills if they are too big. Also, it contains B12, which is perfect for me to stay awake for studying. I think it acts as an energy booster and is better than drinking other energy drinks all day. Because of this, it is better to take it in the morning to have more energy in the afternoon.
