Good quality, would recommend
Good quality reed diffuser set with one large glass bottle and six diffuser fiber reeds. Product is well protected inside the box; no leakage or broken glass. The reeds are good quality to prevent clogs and provide even distribution of fragrances. Very easy to put together and looks elegant at the foyer. I wish there are more scent choices but would recommend to others looking for a decent reed diffuser for their home.

Nice scent but bad reeds
Good thing is the scent. It's not overwhelming. However, this scent isn't going to work if your room doesn't have much air circulation. The reed sticks doesn't absorb enough oil to spread the scent out. You can tell because if I touch the reed stick and there's barely any scent on my fingers, it's not going a good job.If you have a house with air that isn't well circulated, I'd recommend finding a stronger scent because it seems like these reed sticks in general are just not cut out for the job.

Good, quality product with a nice, pleasant scent
The bottle is thick walled & sturdy, which helped immensely during the time that I almost accidentally knocked it over. Also, the bottle is not overly big or obtrusive, so it can be placed almost anywhere. The fragrance is pleasant, though not very strong. I started out placing this item in my 10x12 bedroom. However, the fragrance was not strong enough to make a difference, so I then moved the item to our guest bathroom, which has worked out considerably well. I do find myself having to turn the reeds every 3-4 days to keep the scent going. There is a lot of oil in the bottle. Considering that most plug in & other stand alone fragrances last 30-45 days, at best, I am almost sure that this item will continue to offer fragrance for the next several months. Overall, I liked the item & felt that it was a good value for the price paid.

Homey, relaxing, and bold fragrances
The packaging is so cute for this reed diffuser! Directions are easy to follow and it is easy to use. I absolutely love the cute card from the family that came with it that makes me feel homey and like they truly care about the customers. The smell is bold and relaxing and can fit in any area of a household. I love the rustic writing and how the smell takes me to a stress-free area of my mind. Definitely something I will be repurchasing wants the smells fade.

Plastic diffuser rods DO NOT WORK
The scent is nice enough, but I’ve only smelled it when I took the bottle out of the box two months ago. The plastic diffuser rods included DO NOT WORK. Many other people have said so as well, but I guess the manufacturer could care less. Nothing screams “waste of money!” like having to buy replacement rods. I’ve never had to that with any other brand of diffuser. I guess I’ll be sticking with Votivo.

no scent detected
concept = excellent. reality = disappointing. i purchased this reed diffuser set because it had pretty good ratings, and i needed a stronger odor solution versus plug-ins and fragrance spray for my house. i folllowed all instructions printed on the item’s box. i never, ever noticed any type of “linen” or “clean laundry” scent at all unless i was literally standing over it. i first used the product in a fairly large room, couldn’t ever detect a scent, then moved it to a small room (about 400sq ft). still, this product was doing nothing for me or my home. i turned over the reed diffusers multiple times to see if that would work. again, did nothing. when i buy an odor-eliminating or odor-improvement product, i want to be able to at least smell ithe item myself. the linen scent absolutely needs to be improved (stronger and/or more effective) for the product to be a success.

Size of bottle is nice. Smell is very nice
Size of bottle is nice. Smell is very nice. Don’t really notice the smell as it sits in my den so not super impressed with that. I was hoping to use this instead of a spray freshener but will not be able to do that in my kitchen. But I do like this product.

Wonderful clean scent and beautiful diffuser bottle.
This scent is so fresh and clean. I can experience it from 2 to 3 feet away. It isn't overpowering, though. The bottle and wood sleeve add to the beauty of the design. I was surprised by how much was in the bottle. You get a lot for your money. I will be ordering more for the entire house! LOVE IT!
