Great Paella Pan
Awesome paella pan. We used this to create a seafood paella in our wood-fired pizza oven at 600 degrees and it came through like a champ!

Love this pan - bought for paella, but great for many other uses. Lid is very useful, size is great. Handles don't get hot when cooking. Can go on stove or in oven. Very sturdy but not too heavy.
