My daughter is always complaining that she doesn't have a phone while many of her classmates do. As a compromise, I bought her this watch and she was absolutely thrilled. It has so many of the same features as a cell phone, which she loves. It is very intuitive to use, and we were able to get it set up quickly. It charges fast and holds a charge for days on end. The best part is that I don't have to worry about her losing it, as it's attached to her wrist. And I can always connect with her, even when running around the neighborhood with her friends. This is a wonderful option for those in between ages if you still want them connected.

We loved the idea that we can keep in touch with our daughter and have piece of mind when we aren’t with her. We just showed her how to use the watch,and she was excited to have it for her 7th birthday. We tried to put the minutes on it. the sim would not come out at all. After the trial ended we never got to use it again. She is so upset her big gift was a total bust :(

This is a perfect gadget, especially for my young ones who want a phone. This gadget helps and teaches her to be responsible but also be able to text and call others. Love the tracking device and video call.

But we still cannot figure out how to set it up to make phone calls to me. But I'm going to try working on it tomorrow because I finally got a day off

Bought this for a Christmas present. Watch stopped charging Mid February. I haven’t been able to talk to anyone in customer service. On hold for more than 45 minutes multiple times. Still to no avail. I WILL NOT GIVE UP ON CALLING.

It is made only to be used in US by a single carrier. It does not say anywhere in description. Not sure how the product works, but it looks and feels cheap. The fact that only works with a single carrier and not mentioned anywhere makes it weird....
