Helping with Hormones!
Bought for my teenage daughter to help balance hormones and boost vitamins.Almost finished the months supply and I ordered another box as I feel these are benefitting her. Definitely less moody around the house and I think the b12 is giving her more energy.We have also started supplementing with Magnesium to help with her sleeping and I think the combination of both vitamins are definitely helping!

Amazing product!!!
My teenager girl take these vitamins everyday and is has changed her mood drastically. She was always on edge, she would get moody and angry all of sudden.
