The extra parcel camera is great. Installation and set-up is easy. And the price was very reasonable. I’m looking forward to expanding my Eufy security setup.

Minus one star for the absolute pain to install in place of existing doorbell which was wired for 240V. You’ll need a transformer if yours is the same. Once installed (with transformer) it is great and shows a specific icon confirming it is powered. You need to keep the battery in even when wired. Would be perfect if it did 24/7 recording but not a deal breaker for me.

This a great video doorbell! Has all the support tracking and is just slick looking. It triggers people really well and notifies you immediately. And have connected my to a HomeBase unit along with my other cameras and it you can use the HomeBase unit as a doorbell chime sound. It’s integrated well easy to setup and install. I haven’t hardwired it to my existing door bell chime since I think that’s a 240v and it might not work with the unit. My priority was to be off grid and rely on the battery. A lot of cool features of parcel detection and it has a two way communication using its speakers.

I thought i was trading up by buying the Eufy E340 instead of Ring. What a Mistake this was! From the very begining I was having issue with placing the unit on the on the provided bracket. taking it off and back on is a task on its own. Then come the battery issue. The battery barely lasts a week at most so i ventured out and got a transformer and connected the unit to it. It worked for about 3 days then it stopped charing. I checked the connections and it is giving proper voltage. After checking online this happens to be a very common issue with this unit that eufy doesn't admit too. they just close the ticket and mark it as solved. AVOID AVOID AVOID wasting your money on this POS

After using my device for seven months, it unfortunately developed a malfunction. While this was disappointing, the company's swift and professional response made a huge difference. They quickly arranged to collect the faulty unit and provided me with a replacement. It's reassuring to know they value their customers and handle unexpected issues with care and efficiency.

First star for 2k video, the 2nd for lower camera. Don't buy it if you don't have Eufy infra. This bell doesn't support Eufy Cloud, and you'll need to buy Home Base!!! Otherwise, someone could steal it and... no photos-videos. I don't know how and who has made 180 days of battery life, probably it will work only for bell ring events, in my setup I turned off all notifications, left video recording on motion, and disabled lights and.... the battery lasts only 3 days max!!! Update after 2 months: after 1 month of every 3 day charging it stopped draining the battery and working as expected
