The long bar is what I use most, I love the fact that I do not need to have all those free weights - all I do is adjust to what I need. Perfect addition to my minimalist workout gym/man cave.

good but switching to dumbbell, barbel, kettlebell is difficult
mine would be more of a 4.5 rating. Overall, I like the aesthetics and ease of changing to different weight options by twisting the handle. so effortless and easy. however, switching from dumbbell to bar bell and back is still quite the journey for me. it's not as easy as just taking off the weights and inserting the bar. it's a bit more complicated then that as you have to adjust the base length in addition to taking out the pins manually and taking out the bar, etc. that's the only reason I dinged it 1 start. but none the less, once you switch it, it is great! what I do I just think positive and just be happy that I have a 3 in 1 system to begin with in my home. I don't think there is another option like it out there? I didn't really check. but overall, great option

Terrible product
I ordered a pair of these adjustable weights . The mechanism has malfunction and can’t adjust weights . Amazon returned the product and the replacement product the exact same issue happen within two months . It’s very frustrating. Amazon told md now I have to deal with the manufacturer. I sent an email and still waiting for a response . It’s been two weeks ! Good grief !!!

My rating is subpar just for this reason. The weight set is good but the only thing that sucks is that you only get one dumbbell. There are exercises that requires two dumbbells. This company is charging $179 for one dumbbell as the same amount for the dumbbell, barbell, and the kettlebell bundle. Who does that?!?! 😒 The one dumbbell should be less than $179! Charge us at least $80-$100 for one dumbbell.
