I use this often and it works great! My elbow is tender so that prevents me from using it as much as I would like. I would recommend this for sure.

I got this wedge for my mom after she had wrist surgery. This was perfect for her to rest her arm while watching TV or laying in her bed you can also use it at night while sleeping. It’s soft and comfortable & lightweight, and also has a pocket. Highly recommend to help with swelling.

My mom fell and broke her hip and wrist. Her wrist cast goes past her elbow. She asked me to send pillows for her to prop up her arm at home and I chose this pillow after reading other reviews. She says it’s amazing and she sleeps with it every night and uses it to prop up her arm during the day so her heavy cast isn’t resting on her stomach/she doesn’t have to hold her arm up on her own. She said it’s lightweight and has a great handle that makes it easy to transport when she moves from room to room. 5/5 recommend as mom is very particular about things.

I wish I had bought this sooner instead of trying to just use pillows after surgery. This helps keep my arm elevated and in place. People reviewed that it wasn’t high enough but the measurements are listed. Even if you needed more elevation you can use it as a base because it’s sturdy. Sometimes I will fold up a dish towel to raise it just a little more. I use it when I’m sitting on the couch and when I’m sleeping. It’s well made, soft and sturdy and has a carrying handle. Would definitely recommend.

1 arm rest doesn't make sense.

I am recovering from major hand surgery and bought this as a support. It’s working very well. Make sure you open it and let it breathe for several days before you need it, as it arrives compressed.It’s not super high, so you may need to place it in top of a sturdy pillow or two. Highly recommended.
