These work well but could use a padded nose bridge of some sort

I am a big fan of red light therapy but the protective eyewear that comes with most of them gives one pause. They are basically sun glasses open on all sides. In my opinion these are a must have for anyone doing light therapy, especially on your face. I can see enough to know what I’m doing but once I have my light set up I can close my eyes and relax feeling safe and protected with these on. They are a tiny bit snug but not uncomfortable. They have soft foam that rests on your face. I do have light marks from the goggles for about 20 minutes after so plan accordingly. They come with a plastic pouch for storing them.

The bridge where your nose sits isn’t high enough and it’s a very hard plastic so it just crushes your nose and leaves a painful mark after you wear them

I got these for protection while doing red light therapy at home. They are perfect for my purpose. They provide good coverage of the eye area, without covering half my face. They're lightweight, easy to fit into my purse and a great price for the quality. Five stars.

I like using these for when I am doing facials. They help protect my eyes. These could equally be used for doing tanning, and I've also worn them while sitting in front of my Hooga lamp. These goggles work well and are not uncomfortable.

While admitting this probably fits some faces, the nosepiece presses too deeply on my nose and hurts after 10 minutes. Not worth the effort to return. The fit in the eyes is just ok. Quality is what you expect at this price point.

I needed these for my LED red & blue light facial and body units that i own for pain & for beauty treatments. I prefer these goggles to larger sized glasses.
