Cheap Piece of Junk from China
The words to discribe this gas cap from China, cannot be written out. But the box itself that contained gas cap, all flimsy. The gas cap itelf got stuck, I could not remove from my Toyota Tacoma gas fiiler neck. I got if off, and threw it in the trash. I put back the OEM gas cap. I tell everybody don’t buy this $9.99, locking gas cap from China, it is garbage!

Vapor locks, required a prybar to remove and replace.
Only filled my gas tank twice with this cap, both times it vapor locked, and because it did not have a solid twist removal system, rather it had a clicking partial grip removal, it could not get the strength to twist open while under vapor pressure. So, there I was at a gas pump in need of a refill and the cap refused to open and I had to drive away looking for a parts store who would get this cap off and sell me a different cap.

Not A Perfect Fit
I was advised this would fit my 02 Ford Explorer. I basically push it in, it doesn't catch on the threads but still locks. 🤷🏽♀️

Read Instructions
This product works great if you follow the directions at first I tried to open the gas cap like a regular cap and I could not remove it but once I followed the instructions on how to remove the gas cap with no problem would buy again

Just what wanted.
I grew up in the 70'S when you had to lock your gas en someone would siphon it! This is great!

locking gas cap
CHEAP! tried installing the cap and it fit, however it is so cheap that when I tried to take it off, it wouldnt work. It just kept spinning and wouldnt unlock. Thought i might have to break it off. Finally after working on it for almost an hour I got it off. DO NOT recommend this item, cheap.
