I have taken electrolytes in tablet form for quite a while, not everyday but sometimes before and / or after exercise, and when hungover, and I can vouch that electrolyte supplements really do help to restore you feeling good quickly. These sachets do contain 4 key electrolytes of Chloride, Potassium, Sodium and Magnesium Citrate, but unfortunately the ingredients do not specify the % of each. Somewhat surprised they do not contain Calcium as well. Another thing to point out is these sachets do include artificial sweeteners (please see photos of ingredients).I have seen from some of the other reviews that some people have questioned the taste of these drinks – I really quite like the taste of all 3 flavours and happily sip it slowly as recommended or drink it quick when cant help as thirsty.The sachets mix really well (please see video of sachet being poured in 200ml of cold water). Just pour the sachet in and then give it a little stir to help it on its way and then is ready to drink. Once finished there is zero residue left in the glass as all dissolves within the drink.I do recommend these sachet drinks but cannot give 5 stars due to the ingredients not specifying how much is included for each electrolyte and also because I feel at the price for this pack of 30 sachets is on the high side, plus the expiry date is just 10 months away (please see photos).

These little sticks are excellent to chuck in your bag and dump into a sports bottle/bottle of water after a big exercise/running session.Each of the 30 sticks has 6grams of powder in that contains a decent amount of salt, potassium, magnesium and chloride plus flavouring.I picked up the 'variety' pack and this had 3 flavours: Orange, Strawberry Lemonade, and Lemonade. I would say that the Strawberry Lemonade was by far the best flavour - Orange was a little bit milky for my tastes, the Lemonade was a little weak, but the Strawberry Lemonade was exceedingly tasty.The powder mixed very well into about 200-300ml of water, typically by placing it into a sports bottle and giving it a few shakes. There was very little (if any) lumps. One thing I would say is that the consistency can be a little 'foamy' if you don't put in enough water, but putting in too much water gives you a very weak tasting drink, so you do need to play around with the water to powder ratio.Overall though, I'm very happy. Since taking them, I have definitely felt myself recovering better between sessions and having a bit more energy.

Been using for the past few weeks during exercise and for rehydration after a few alcohol drinks on an evening and have found they to be very competitive to other effervescent hydration drinks I’ve used in the past, not the best but certainly not the worst. Nice selection of flavours with Lemonade, Strawberry lemonade and everyone’s favourite Orange…the variety pack allows for sampling each to find your fav and then going forward you can just buy single flavours. Quick dissolve, being able to be drunk in as little as 40 seconds but found leaving for around 90 seconds gives a full dissolve with no residue being left behind in the glass like some others.Seem to work well, certainly didn’t feel as dehydrated after intense exercise or the following morning after some drinks the night before but got the touch thirsty and dry mouthed feeling.

My wife runs all distances from a 5K Park Run to an Ultra Marathon. For longer runs she needs high calorie fluids but for shorter runs, especially in the summer, typically uses tablet electrolytes. I'm always on the look out for alternatives for her to try and many of the options are a bit hit and miss.In this case these are a definite hit. I think because they have a bit of calorific value (many electrolytes have no carbs at all) she says these give her a near instant response and she likes to take them both before and after a run. She's also highly praising on the taste, the various flavours all appeal to her pallet and she says that they dissolve very quickly and leave no residue.At £28 for a pack of 30 they aren't cheap, but then very little is in the running supplements arena. I think that these are fairly priced in relation to the competition.
