A Journal you need to have to improve your life.
We all like to be happy. Who on the earth likes to be sad and brood over things? Certainly no one. But we are mostly not aware of how everyday aspects of life influence our mood and make us experience vehement emotions which could be avoided if we have awareness. We live moment to moment, hardly ever noting what we are feeling, what we want out of the day, how the day went, and what things could have been avoided. Understand that we are not omniscient to mentally track everything that happens to us, we are limited. Drowning in day-to-day problems, we forget our priorities, especially being optimistic and grateful about life. We need to journal our thoughts, our plans, and how we feel. When we track, we can see the patterns. When we are aware of patterns, we have a choice to break them. 3 Minute Happiness Journal is a simple and effective journal. This journal makes you grateful for the things you have, makes you write your affirmations, sets your day’s priorities, checks how you are feeling, and many more. I liked it a lot.
