Review Update——Product broke already
I want to thank the customer service department. They reached out immediately and are replacing the product. They did not ask for me to update my review, but that type of service deserves 5 stars!While straightening my beard, I heard a loud pop out of the straightening brush and it completely quit working. The product looked nice and worked well while it was working. Had it for two months, and it appears I just missed my window to return it. Maybe I just got a lemon, but it is what it is.
