My Pressure Cooker wasn't working so I thought I would try a new weight, but it still didn't work. I am sure it would work for other PC's. Not sure why my Barton PC doesn't work. I have tried changing the sealing ring and the weight, but it still doesn't work. :(

Pressure canner recipes have different weights for different foods. This is a simple way to adjust it to make sure its working for your specific recipe. Its so simple too! Its just a slightly tighter fit on the greater pressure settings. It worked for me and I don't see how it could ever break. I can recommend this product.
