Can you use this for Coolsculpting?

No, silly. This is just an ice pack on a belt. The sub zero temperatures you need for cool sculpting are not for this product.

Do they sell extra ice packs that fit in this belt?

I use regular ice packs that I have on hand. It works fine that way and I already had them on hand and they fit in the pouch.

What size is the gel pouch insert?

Thanks for reaching out. The size of the gel pack is 12.6 x 7 inches. Hope it helps you. Comfytemp

Does it fit 100LB PERSON? THANKS

Thanks for your question! Yes, it can fit a person who is 100LB.
