I was very disappointed that two of the four mugs were broken on delivery which was down to the inadequate protection in ther box, it was a very nice box but the foam just didn’t protect the mugs. Putting that aside I really liked them in use, I had a late and it looked brilliant, the mug also kept it warmer than I would have expected. The glass is very thick as you can see from the broken mugs, nice design and very well weighted on the bottom. They would make an excellent gift. My only criticism, is the seam on the glass just below the handle, but it’s not really noticeable and in use you can’t feel it. The rim of the mug is very nice in use, much thicker that I expected when I ordered the set for review. I gave the set five stars because I really liked the in use, I’m sure you will two as long as you get the set undamaged.

Picture looks great and intact glasses look very nice, but are so badly packaged that I sent 2 sets for return after receiving them both broken, before buying an alternative. It's the lack of proper thickness foam in the manufacturer's box that allows the glasses to smash together during delivery. Overpriced for what they are. Return refunds processed fast, so no problem with Amazon, but sadly, product not up to delivery stress.

These are nice, quick thick glass and the cut glass style is very effective. There are some visible joins on my set, one running through the handle and another close to it. Not immediately noticeable but is there.We’re using them for coffees and they do look nice. Not being an expert in the differences between glass and crystal I can’t say with authority that they definitely are crystal, but the glass is quite thick and heavyweight. They have a vintage style about them which makes them feel a little timelessThe presentation box makes me think these maybe sold as a gifting item. There’s something in me that doubts whether they are crystal.. but don’t take my word for it on that. They’re pretty things.. if you like the look.

They say hot drinks taste better out of glass mugs. I suspect this may be more psychological than anything else, but I do personally find it a more enjoyable experience.These crystal glasses are beautifully made, well designed and of excellent quality. They arrived neatly packaged in a lovely presentation box, feel very durable and are, thankfully, dishwasher safe. These will be remaining with me as a proud addition to my kitchen cabinets, but would equally make a great gift for someone. High calibre product from a UK-based company.

These really are beautifully shaped glass mugs. As advertised, they would be suitable for mulled wine, hot chocolate, lattes or fresh herbal tea.Its fantastic that these come from a small British company. They have a weight of quality about them and would make a lovely gift. Sadly one of the set I ordered was smashed on delivery, although the internal box included padding. Maybe a fragile sticker on the external box would be useful. I would order these again as I feel they represent good value.

These cups are beautiful and size of cups is good. But package received fine but when open found one cup broken which was so disappointing. On further request to the seller didn’t get back any response yet. Dishwasher and microwave safe. Price is bit high. Need to pack more carefully to avoid damages and quick response is needed.
