I am a college student, meaning most of my time is spent on the internet doing online classes, research, playing games and watching netflix. I live in a house with 3 other guys. 3. Other. Introvert. Guys. What does this mean? Wifi starts to lag because everyone's connected at the same time. So my fix was a reliable cat 6 cable that is sleek looking to match my PC set up. We pay for 50 mbps broadband speeds. In my relative location in the house on wifi I get about 8mpbs on average and sometimes it lags down to 2mpbs. When connected directly to the ethernet port my router, I am able to achieve 40-48 mbps. Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  With the whole world seemingly on wifi connections, I'm a bit reluctant to admit that I find a wired, ethernet connection faster and more stable. I'm forced to plug in at work, where we have very spotty wifi -- and the wired connection is outstanding.This cable replaces the fat, yellow ethernet cable (featured in my video) ... that I've been using for over ten years! I'm glad to see that this flat cable is now an option. It runs great and simply doesn't look so 1999. I've been thinking about trying flat cables for a while...finally had cause to order a Cat6. The BlueCube product is better than I expected for the pricepoint. Recommend both the product and the dealer

Received both a 25ft cable for home wireless router, plus a 15ft cable for laptop travel. Vendor was excellent.

The flat network cable works fine. Will probably order more of them.
