Helps ease DOMS, tastes good
This is my first go at an EAA supplement and while it's won't make or break your workout with a good diet, it seems to help alleviate DOMS for me. The flavors are good too, with my favorite of the ones I've tried being Tiger's Blood (predominantly coconut flavor), followed by Pineapple Banana (partway through this container, the banana flavor gets old IMO), then Rocket Pop (not sure if they sell on Amazon but had a chemical aftertaste). The powder completely dissolves so no grittiness. I love chugging this after my workouts and will continue to purchase it.

good product / delivery was a day late
this is a great product. I love the taste, and it helps in muscle recovery. but i ordered this one because of the one day delivery. I had the option of ordering from a different vendor who was cheaper but only offered shipping in 3 days. I had a notification it was going to be 1-2 days late. Thankfully it only was one day late. If it had been two I would have canceled the order and placed it with the other vendor.

Buy it you can't go wrong.
Super fast shipping now issue with the order or the seller. Grunts EAA is the best bang for your buck. It actually works 10x better then Walgreens regular recover powerder or gnc's. I do MMA nothing like actually recovering. You'll start feeling less worn out in like 3 hrs or so

Not what I was hoping for...
This is the first Redcon1 product that hasn't met my expectations. Got the pineapple-banana flavor. Pineapple is pretty hard to screw up, and so it artificial banana (what I expected). This has a hint of each but is mostly a chemically taste. I know very well that supplement aren't going to be like flavor crystals, but there are many EAAs out there that are pretty tasty. This isn't one of them...
