Viva DoriaFluoride Free Natural Mineralizing Toothpaste - Spearmint (3 oz Glass jar)

It was time to switch to something more natural. It does the work, and the taste is amazing. I bought my 2nd. no more plastic tube here or sensitive toothpaste that does not work.

I admit that the taste is startling the first 3 days of use but then you get used to it. Leaves my teeth and gums clean and fresh.

The toothpaste is good. Not salty. Very mild taste compared to Uncle Harry's flavor which I am a big fan of, so if UH is what you have also been using than it might not taste as well for you. I bought VivaDoria as my backup toothpaste untill the other one comes back in stock. It takes me 2-3 brushes just to get the clean feeling. No, I am not OCD, i am wearing invisilign, so i have to make sure the job gets done right. Also I find the aftertaste is somewhat "smoky" and I am not a smoker.Good News/Update: VivaDoria toothpaste is kid friendly! UH is not as it appears to be too salty.

Only used once so far but it made my teeth feel extremely clean and mouth fresh feeling. My only complaint and I'd suggest they adjust this is that it's extremely salty tasting.

Not bad but after using the natural tooth powder the toothpaste just isn't the same. I honestly thought I was buying the powder in spearmint flavor. My own fault for not paying attention, got excited because I loved the powder and I love spearmint flavor but my excitement got the better of me and I didn't fully read the description 😕. I'll definitely buy the powder again when I can but the paste, meh.

The container arrived with a different packaging than the one shown but with some research, I learned that the photo was simply outdated. The product itself has a minty-clay scent (due to ingredients of course) that I found rather pleasant. For the taste, the paste was a shock to my tongue but I soon got used to it. Without the junk that is found in regular supermarket toothpaste, this one tasted surprisingly salty. Despite this, my breath was left minty fresh and my mouth felt incredibly clean. I love this product and will continue to purchase!

Initially I loved the flavor, and the idea of being more organic. UNFORTUNATELY, by the time I was /12 through my second jar I realized my teeth were turning green/gray. The staining was on the teeth and inbetween. I brush at least 2/3 times a day, use and Oral B electric brush, floss regularly. By the time I went for my dental cleaning even my breath smelled gross as my daughter pointed out. At my dentists office for my regular cleaning she was able to scrape a lot of the staining off, but since my last visit only 6 weeks ago the staining is again visible!!. I did change my toothpaste once I saw the inital staining but by that time it was too late. I have another dental cleaing coming up in 3 weeks. I am so disappointed at the long term staining effects this tooth paste has had on my teeth. I had such high hopes.

It is too bitter to continue using it, yuck!

It's a great experience

I have been using for about 2 months, I bought it because of the pricing as opposed to the much more expensive Uncle Harry's Spearmint and it has no lead or silver (or not listed ?) like in Uncle Harry's . Just like Uncle Harry's , the taste is a bit odd if you are used to more commericially available toothpaste, it has to be accustomed to. The taste is chalkier (the mud?) , the freshness (spearmint) is not as strong and lasts shorter than Uncle Harry's. The toothpaste is more water soluable than Uncle Harry's , it doesn't leave as much "lumps" of toothpaste in the mouth even after raising. It does not stain my teeth.

Works but I can't get over the taste. It's so strong it almost burns.

Got this toothpaste to reduce waste as it comes in a glass jar. I also need a toothpaste without lots of chemicals as I'm pretty sensitive. I'm really liking this toothpaste. The flavor is good and there is no excess foaming. Teeth are clean after. Would have gotten 5 stars if it to wasn't for the excess plastic they used to ship it in. Defeating the purpose of getting toothpaste in a glass jar.
