The product is as described, although the pillows had a few spots from some liquid damage. But they are comfortable. The issue is that if you buy the same things from the Emily website, they are 12GBP cheaper...

These are very good quality pillows. I mistakenly bought quilted covers that made them too hard for me. Then my wife bought the correct pillow cases and we like them so much we bought a second pair for her. I would say they are quite firm, but fluff them up every day and they shape nicely around the head to give a good night's sleep.

I read the calls for more filling, but I quite like it as it is. It's puffy to begin with in the evening, but it will go flat over time. So if you like a lower pillow this would work for you. What's very nice is you can reshape the insides, so I find myself beating it into a specific shape before laying down on it and that's very comfortable and hard to do where there's no feathers.btw, also, no smell. Maybe when it first came out the package there might have been a mild odor, but it went away almost immediately.

Amazing value for feather and down pillows and I was so grateful to actually find king and super king pillows for a change! Very rarely get anything poking through and there is no roughness on the face, no smell and noise when sleeping / turning.

first 2 sets I got years ago were perfect! the set I got few weeks ago have this strong, really bad odour which I cannot wash out! + it plucks, all the feathers are a torture even through thick protective casing, it barely lets me sleep!
