I have been using this copper knee brace for a while now, and its made a real difference in my daily walks and workouts. Good support for working out or light activities. Would not wear to work or under clothes (they slip off) without the straps. I personally wear them without the straps because it's easier but you can get a tighter fit with. Knees feel less burdened when working out than before so I'm happy I got them.

If it stayed up it would be great but it doesn't! I thought i was just out of luck but I got another brace with the knee cut out and my knee got rubbed raw so I am able to use these under that and now I have a perfect knee brace!! The other brace holds it in place and still get to have the cooper benefit. Helps tremendously!!!

I’ve tried a few different compression knee braces, and these are the best so far. I like that they’re adjustable, so I can control how tight they feel. They provide great support, noticeably improve my mobility and reduce the pain.

The knee brace is really soft and slips on comfortably . I bought this to wear on my knees while driving to keep my knee stabilized and it works great ! I like the straps being optional because it’s easy to add them if I need more support . I bought a medium and the size is perfect for me . I am 5’3 and weigh 150 lbs . So far holding up great , they seem to made well enough to throw on the washer when needed.
