I'm 70 years young and I had been using a prescribed dosage of phosphodital Serene for months.As soon as I tried to cycle OFF...short term memory is problematic.Since I'm using this product, my perception of short term memory is no longer an immediate concern.For all those who walk into a room and forget the objective for the exercise...YOU know what I'm talking about.I'm suggesting that this is an important supplement for US old/young folks.

I don't think that this is as effective
I previously used phosphatadylserine from another company in the form of a gel capsule with a thick oil inside. This product is a white granular powder.Tasting both (I still have the previous product), they each have slight peculiar flavors, but they are different flavors entirely. The oil is a dark yellow and the powder is completely white. Both are 200mg, but the oil also contains 20mg phosphatidylcholine.I started taking PS as part of a formula published by a doctor online, and found that it helps my workouts in the gym. This product appears to have less effect - if any. I'm not sure why. I just have my subjective experience and what I observe of the stuff inside the capsules.
