No downside of taking them quite yet. Maybe after 3 months I can feel more being on them. Love that they are pills and not capsules which makes them healthier.

Beware. This product contains hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, a synthetic compound used as an emulsifier and stabilizer by some companies. This causes bloating and can wreak havoc in the digestive system and kill off the good flora in the micro biome. I wasn’t aware it contained this ingredient or I would not have purchased it. I bought two bottles together which are unopened but Amazon will not allow me to return them. I purchased these because they are time released, but I will not risk my digestive health with vitamins containing bad ingredients. These are going in the trash, an expensive lesson to check every ingredient on supplements before purchasing them.

I have no doubt that the company is serious about the fact these vitamin C capsules are offering a large dose of vitamin C with extended release properties. However what I didn't expect it the large and unusual flat design of the pills that make them hard to swallow (if you're someone who doesn't like large pills). Also, there's a somewhat off putting chemical smell that comes off these as well. That being said, if large pills don't bother you can you seek the benefits of a time-released formula, these might be good for you.

Haven’t taken it yet but judging from the reviews it’s going to suit my needs just fine
