Plastic piece tends to break which attach to gps suction mount is great

Bought this for my husband for his replacement and it’s still going strong!

I bought this because the suction cup on my old one was so old and scuffed that it would fall off the windshield multiple times a day. I was happy to see replacements here on Amazon that didn't cost an arm and a leg but in this case, maybe, you get what you pay for. The suction cup on this product works fine and has not fallen off the window once. The clip on part that the GPS actually mounts to simply did not work. It partly snaps on but then pops right off again rendering it useless. In my case I was able to use the clip on piece from my old one since I only needed the suction cup from the new one. But if I had needed a complete replacement it wouldn't have worked and it would have been a total waste of time. So I can't really recommend it based on that.P.S. The material used does seem cheap, kind of like its "partically" plastic and not very smooth like my original.
