After changing mine in the iron which had been in for a while it worked far better with great steam and it stopped leaking water all over the place will change more regular now that I have stocked up

Excellent for steam generator irons
These are great for keeping your irons working and stop scaling forming I have had my iron a Morphy Richards steam generator for at least 8years and it is like new highly recommend

Qualtex Anti Scale Filters.
The items come in the post within the recommended days. One of the filters in the pack had been damaged and I attempted to contact the manufacturer to make a complaint. Two emails have been sent to the manufacturer but as yet haven't received a resposne which is disappointing. I have tried to google them to ascertan a contact number but again no success. My concern is if all of the pack had been damaged I wouldn't have been able to contact anyone to make a complaint. Will continue to attempt to contact them.
