I thought I knew what to expect with post-menopausal symptoms but I had no idea vaginal atrophy could cause so many painful issues. Its is thick in a way like a balm melted. Put it in at night and everything is perfect. It is moisturizing but not lubricating. Coconut is better for lubricating.
