Nice concept but lags a lot when it works when switching between modes. Sometimes it loads Instagram and other times it says "Cannot load the Instagram login page, try later". The screen's resolution is very bad, so don't expect crisp images, also it doesn't display accurate colors, just something in the ballpark of the intended color. However the screen is actually a good size. The "classic" look of this cube is basically the Instagram logo as pictured, which looks great but is disappointing since the rainbow is a sticky tape that was already peeling when I received this unit.Two stars for effort and ease of use.

I work in a visual business (owner of a video production company) and do lots of marketing work for my clients. I'm also an avid user of social media. I've had it for a short time, but the Instacube has already found a permanent place on my desk. I have been delighted to see the stream of photos cycle through from my friends, family, and those I follow for work - I can keep an eye on what my competitors are doing. As a bonus, I've found that it has given me some time back - I get to see the pictures I want, but I'm not checking social media as often and I don't feel like I'm missing out on anything. The screen is a great size (it doesn't take up too much real estate on my desk) and it gives me a better look at the pictures than when viewing them my phone. I just love the visual inspiration and I'm really pleased with the purchase.

I love taking pictures and I love Instagram, but I was constantly frustrated using Instagram on my phone. I just couldn’t see enough of the great pics being shared by my family and friends. Now I have Instacube! It’s great to have this nice clear screen set up in our family room and see new images stream in at a size that I can recognize! I don’t have to mess with USB sticks or re-uploading images to other folders, it just brings me the pics of my nieces, nephews and friends that I want to see. The chunky cube shape is kind of hip and looks great in our home. My two sisters and their families share the moments of their lives on social media all the time and now I know just what I’m getting them for Christmas! #goinstacube

Fun to pick a hashtag and view the results, or I can monitor my own feed or the feed of a friend. The other night someone wanted to see pictures of my kids, so I unplugged the Instacube and walked over to them with it, flipping through the pictures with a slide of my finger, serving as a new tech photo album. Then I set it down and it goes back to photo frame. It has proven to be very stable, so once I set it up it stays set up. They have updated the software a couple of times in the short time I have owned it so this isn't a forgotten product. Why four and not five stars? I save five stars for truly remarkable. But, with another software update or two they may get there!

What a waste of time and materials. After having my cube in storage I tried to reconnect it, and it no longer will. The hardware and screen are all fine, but the company is MIA and needs to release an update
