No need to hesitate!
The media could not be loaded. It was pretty easy to assemble. All the screws came pre-assembled meaning they were in the respective holes already and all you needed to do was unscrew, attach the part and rescrew. One of the arms gave me a little trouble but for the most part it was pretty easy.

Glitters....but not gold!
The media could not be loaded. Visually appealing chairs. Wife and I purchased 3 for her salon. Assembly was fairly easy however, bottom screws did not align properly on either chair. When the chair is let up, it doesn't go far at all. Then makes this LOUD (excuse me) farting sound. Embarrassing the client and operator!

I Recommend it, the chair is perfect!
After reading comments I wasn't sure about this item but I took a risk because of the price, I bought the chair for my wife who doesn't like working with big chairs and is also really picky, the good news is that the quality is much better than expected I contacted costumer service to let them know I received wrong color, they really paid attention to me, I'm glad I contacted them and my wife is happy with her new chair!

ANYBODY ELSE HAVE PROBLEMS WITH THE ARMS?
The arms did not line up with the holes. There is no way to move the back part. I damaged the vinyl trying to force the arms to line up. I had to set it up without the arms. Hope my customers don't mind. Also, the pump works opposite of a standard chair. I have to pull the lever up to make it rise. And all the way up to lower it. Which is hard to do with your foot. Does not rise high enough and people have tripped over the foot rest.
