I'm a believer in Source Natural products. This one is no exemption. However, I hope they will get rid of the B6 from the ingredients.

The label states "yielding 2,000 mcg sulforaphane," but it’s unclear whether this refers to active (activated) sulforaphane or just the potential yield from glucoraphanin. Additionally, there’s no mention of the inclusion of the myrosinase enzyme, which is required for the conversion of glucoraphanin into active sulforaphane in the body, potentially limiting the supplement's effectiveness, if myrosinase is not naturally present or supplemented from other dietary sources.

Great product. Awful shape.
Great product but the flattened shape makes it very hard to swallow. They used to be a normal capsule-shaped hard pill, but for some unexplainable reason they started making them flat and it was the worst idea they could have come up with, makes it VERY difficult to swallow. A hard pill to swallow. Might have to look for another source for this nutrient.
