I brought to get rid of puffiness and was keeping it in freezer. I suffer from migraines and had a serve migraine come on and decided to use this as a relief as I couldn’t find my migraine cap. Trust me when I say I have never felt so much relief as I did when using this, it stayed cold for so long and provided me with a gentle cooling massage, it’s truly brilliant. I would have never of thought to of purchased an ice roller for this reason, i will be buying another one to take travelling with me!
