This is a great way to use a melatonin supplement. It works faster at a lower dose than the tablets I was using.

This melatonin is amazing! One dropper full is 3mg. Others are one dropper being 1mg. This melatonin lasts longer, seems more effective in helping with sleeping through the night. Shipped fast. Packaged well. I’ll be ordering more soon.

The media could not be loaded. I really like this product. I was a little apprehensive to try it as I’ve taken melatonin gummies in the past and it didn’t work at all. It says on the box to take 1 ml, I actually mixed mine with some tea and in about 30 mins I was asleep! I was still able to wake up in the night easily to feed my baby and getting back to sleep was a breeze. Usually it take me quite a while to drift back to sleep. I honestly recommend this product, especially for new moms like me who need to get as much sleep as possible. The flavor by itself isn’t quite my favorite but it’s still very manageable but since I mixed it with some tea I couldn’t taste it at all.

Works better than most melatonin supplements.

The taste is wonderful. We’ve tried many other melatonin supplements and this one seems to be the most effective. Some brands cause bad dreams and this one never has.

Doesn't work it seems like it's watered down don't waste your time and it's not returnable I just gave them money for the bottle it self

As someone who is not a great sleeper to begin with, this product definitely helped get me to sleep and kept me asleep through the night which was great! I normally wake up in the middle of the night and can’t go back to sleep but one drop of this and I slept straight through the night finally! For those non sleepers this is a great product!
