I usually focus on good side of products but this time had to provide this review as the product quality is bad and the customer support is even worst. Never had such bad experience in product from Amazon. I bought a selfie stick for my trip and the remote sensor was of very bad quality, didn't worked when needed. I tried to contact digitek support, the contact number given is invalid and when trying to raise the complaint on their website it says unable to submit with attachment but they were asking for attachment with the form. After discussing it with Amazon support, I was mentioned that they have a service center in dehradun but later when contacting them they are asking to send the defective piece to delhi through courier and denying having service center in dehradun. I have to pay more than the cost of the defective piece to courier it to their location now. Such a bad experience and it is very frustrating

Nice product but the Bluetooth power cell is not there that the main back fire point of the seller i did not like that plus opening is too much hard at the bottom

I brought this tripod cum selfie stick for video shooting and this turns out to be very useful and amazing. The build quality is great and gives nice mobility too. The length is what I actually needed and it is good for beginners . Gives stable video shooting and can be tilted 360 degrees. I found it very useful and meaningful

Junk, poorly made and poor quality, unless if you’re using it for kids boys scout and expect it to break on day one, and you would not care if it breaks because it’s cheap, but a product sourced from China would probably only sell for 0.99 cents!
