I had used it before for sleeping It did help with that and it really restored my energy. There’s no guarantee that it will do that for everyone but it’s worth a try.

There are others on the market, but this by far is worth the price. I started using Ashwagandha to "take the rough edges off". Two capsules a day is the recommendation and it is spot on. The sense of well being I feel is like no other. I am able to fall asleep at night at a reasonable hour, rather than the after midnight routine that was so much a part of my being. Conversations (that normally would have made me make an excuse to avoid) are bearable and I'm able to nod and smile (since often there's no space to get a word in). Peace of mind is mine again!!! (I tried another Ashwagandha product that was less expensive and only 500mg per and was aware of the marked difference; so, here I am returning to a "sure thing"!!!)

I've taken this for awhile for anxiety. I forgot how well it worked until I stopped taking it recently to test out another product. After a few days I was sitting around, feeling on edge, when I finally realized I needed to start taking it again. I took my dose and it worked so quickly. I'm still surprised at how fast it changed my level of anxiety. I was expecting it to be a slow change over a few days. I can't argue with these results.

I had been looking for a vitamin that would help give me more energy, and I also wanted one that that would help feed my brain in the hope that I would never get memory loss.as I aged. So far I have found what I wanted from these vitamins, and I plan to continue taking them. The owner of the Vimerson Company has been very kind and thoughtful to me, in spite of my many questions.

I don’t blame Vimerson but I had a very bad reaction to this supplement. Label says to take one a day if you have a sensitive constitution. I didn’t think I had a sensitive constitution but I only took one a day bc I can’t remember to take anything twice a day :)I almost immediately began having upset stomach on just about a daily basis. Diarrhea several times a day, bloating and sometimes debilitating cramps, nausea or vomiting. It took me three weeks to figure out it was the Ashgawandha but today I forgot to take any of my morning supplements and my symptoms were much less severe.Did a little reading online and found out my exact symptoms are not uncommon for people taking a “large dose” of Ashgawandha - apparently a half dose is plenty for me to be symptomatic. I counted the pills left in the bottle and realized it was the exact number of days I’d been symptomatic pretty much.Thought this info might be helpful for others.
