Excuse me, can be used in refrigerator?

I haven't tried it in the fridge but I used it on the poly-carbonate sheeting on my greenhouse and the temperature over the last seven days has been between -8 and -2 throughout the day. This morning I had a look at the duct tape and it looked as god as when I installed the sheeting back in April.

Would this tape stick a sink caddy to a metal kitchen sink and withstand water?

I haven't done anything like that myself but the tape has been used to construct a cover to go on an outside frame in the garden. It has been there for sometime and still looks well stuck so water shouldn't be a problem.

Would this be good for outside rug where it is fraid

I guess this would depend on how fibrous the rug is. I've only used this tape on smooth, flat, clean surfaces and it has never failed to do the job...

Would this work on vinyl curling wallpaper seams?

Its actually ( very) stick clear tape, I would have thought extra strong wallpaper paste would be better, but the tape certainly seals completely.
