Got the job done.
Got the job done. Good heat gun.I used 3-4 heat setting to remove car insulator fabrics. Came off like butter.Probably used it for 4 to 5 hours. No issues whatsoever. Worked like it should.14 gauge extension cord.Don't be afraid to crank up the heat if you have to.Researched hard before purchasing. This was the cheapest best deal I found.I'm glad it pulled through for me when I needed it.Seems to be a well-built heat gun.ADHESIVE REMOVAL TIPS:(I was a little worried at first about making it too hot, so I stuck with using the lowest heat settings, so I was having a hard time removing the car insulator. I increased the heat, and it finally started coming off easily. Cutting down the time and workload immensely.)(This heat gun should have no problem removing anything stuck on by adhesives. It makes it very easy to remove things and should not require you to use much force at all. It loosens up the adhesive and makes it gooey, and whatever's on it can come right off. It's very useful and essential tool. If whatever's stuck on doesn't come off, you'll need to increase the heat. 3 - 4 heat setting seems to be good in removing car insulator material. 1 - 2 were completely ineffective for me.)(avoid excessive pressure/heat on car panels such as the roof, when heating. heat + pressure = dent/warpage)(avoid touching heated elements, scrapers, tools, and surfaces. I knew this, but I still managed to burn myself. The heat can get to you. You'll get unbearably hot and sweaty, and you may let go of your better judgement and go to remove the plastic razor blade from the metal scraper holder.)(Heat guns and scrapers won't be able to remove all the adhesives left on the surfaces, but that's where adhesive remover comes in.)

100% versatile
The SEEKONE 1800W heat gun is a strong contender in the DIY and professional tool market, offering a blend of power, precision, and versatility at a competitive price point. This model is particularly popular with users who need a tool for a wide range of tasks, from simple craft projects to more demanding industrial applications.Key Features & Performance:* Powerful 1800W Motor: The 1800W motor is a significant selling point, providing ample power to heat up quickly and maintain consistent temperatures. This is crucial for tasks like stripping paint, bending PVC pipes, and thawing frozen pipes, where a strong, steady heat source is essential.* Variable Temperature Control: One of the most praised features is the wide temperature range of 122℉-1202℉ (50℃-650℃). This is not just a two-setting switch; the SEEKONE allows for precise temperature adjustments, often through a dial or digital display, giving users the control they need for delicate jobs like shrink wrapping or electronics repair without the risk of overheating.

Worked well for light-weight work. Hi/Lo fan speed and variable heat level control a definite plus.
I used this for light-weight work (softening funny-pipe) and it worked well. I liked that this had settings for fan speed and heat control, since I've never used a heat gun, and it gave me some wiggle-room to learn. It included basic attachments, which made the pricing even more attractive.

Working Great
This is the second heat gun I have owned. The first, a Harbor Freight Warrior, died during the first use. So far, I have used this on two projects, and it works great. The heat gun is versatile. You can set it face up to work with free hands on a table. I love that it comes with shields and nozzles and have used them both times. The small shield is great for soldering wire connections. The larger flat nozzle is great for removing anti-slip tape.

A good product that works as you would hope!
This gun works as nicely as you would hope. Of course it has a couple settings for wattage of heat and the knob on the back will adjust the airflow so you can create a wide range of temperature at each level. It stands upright on its back so you can hold your work with both hands. It comes with 2 nozzles so you can choose the concentration of the airflow to your project. There are also a couple of paint blades but I think a tried and true scraper in one hand and the heat gun in the other would work better. So far I have only used it to add rubber shrink tubing to some gooseneck microphones near their base where the flexibility had become weak. I occasionally buy artificial orchids and other flowers and will use the gun at a cooler level to warm the latex into original shape after they have been shipped.

Under 30 bucks you can't go wrong
The heat gun is a very useful tool, granted it is not something that you would use on a monthly basis. I might use it twice a year, but those two times I use it I'm thankful that I have it. I have always had heat guns and for under $30 you can't go wrong. The heat gun is made of high quality, very easy to adjust the temperature range, the accessories are nice, overall I am very happy with my purchase

Good price, works well
Seems to work very well and comes with a ton of attachments. I don't use it constantly so I went for a cheaper no-name type unit instead of an expensive one, and it fits my needs very well. So far, no problems!
