90mm outer diameter, 64mm inner. Not sure why they list them as 85mm!

I have a Le Parfait jar with 350 under the base. Inside the top measures about 85mm. Will this replacement seal fit it?

The inside diameter of the seal is 65mm outside diameter is 90mm & the back of the packet says yes it will fit the 350 jar.
